I visited Dierbergs yesterday. I'm usually a snuck shopper, but this place was on the way to an appointment. I went through self-checking to buy my grapes and for some reason it took me several attempts to work for the card reader. During this time the participants seemed to be very busy, talking to each other and did not come by or offer to help. Once I was able to check, I was bought by the female participant who accused me of stealing the 1.24 value of the grapes that I had with an entrance along with a pin verified caption in clock. 8:30 o'clock grocery store in clarkson clayton location. not even a trace open to have checked and packed food. if they wanted to buy food, they had to check themselves. gentleman before me asked 2 workers near the check-out, no one here can check our food? they answered no. I expect prices to be higher at theserbergs, but the selection and service are the difference in the rule. even aldi 's will check their food before they have their own pocket. no service check-out. I'm not back.
This review is specifically for Steven in the floral department. I had a friend in the hospital that I wanted to send a very specific basket to. Steven took the time to immediately go throughout the store and find my items for me, called me back within 10 minutes, and made sure that I had everything I needed to go into my custom delivery. His customer service is above and beyond and I hope his managers recognize him and appreciate him for it.
Absolutely I didn't recommend to go to any racist business race employees I've never seen many years ago, like Dierberg shops around city races and discrimination from Dierberg's grocery business doesn't matter even if you make complaints to the company office they don't care that they never answered that I had called them many times, they never really hate and racist employees working in self control
