This got me curious since I 'm always looking for more wholesome food that is often hard to find. Oh wow, where do I even begin with this amazing restaurant review? Farro (which resembles tiny walnuts and was a new grain for me) mixed with sweet potato cubes, exotic citrus in a jalapeno sauce, and expertly chopped brussel sprouts were all amazingly delicious. The mixed salad greens, half of a ripe avocado, perfectly cooked Alaskan salmon with a delicious sauce, and heavenly Mac and cheese on the side all added to the freshness and finesse of every dish. It?s a well-run DIG which is great to see (some of the NYC ones have become extremely grungy bad quality and definitely need corporate to take a look). But this is a really nice DIG, so kudos to the team there. The food is always really yummy, and theteam there is usually very friendly! Which is why I go fairly often, even though I have to drive around 20 minutes to getthere. Note: if you go after 9ish pm, the food won?t be as warm and yummy.
I love the food and the environment in this place. There are many great selections of healthy food, water is free and their sauces are so good! Go for the homemade sriracha!! The place is usually quiet, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Thus it?s great to study, meet up with people or just hang out. Of course, none of this could be possible without the staff which is very friendly and polite. Thank you for a great experience!

If you want to get some healthy food which is also good for your taste buds give this place a try. I am. Not a food junky or someone obsessed with healthy eating but I had to aggree the food is quite phenomenal. My only advice would be as the menu changes seasonally make sure you think about that also. Few choices are warm and few cold so before you add them to your meal ask about the same.
The service at this restaurant is friendly, the portions are generous, and the proteins are well-cooked and not dry. This is one of the better Dig Inn locations I have been to, especially compared to NYC.
The worst service. Order online. We picked him up. Customers come after me and are served immediately. All online orders need to wait until there are no customers giving orders. Very disrespectful.
While a bit expensive, I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. It's healthy and reminiscent of California cuisine. I wish there were more places like DIG in New York.
