Had cod and sea salmon. Both very tasty. All made, not finished sauces or powders, but potato swamp from proper potatoes. The aperol is also very good alcohol-free. My wife wanted to know where to get the orange syrup with a slight bitter note, because she would also like to make it home. I had yogurt with olive oil. An interesting combination. A very nice evening.
Compared to last year, I have the impression that the prices in the restaurant have been properly attracted.
We had the cod and the Wolfsbarsch. Both dishes were wonderful. Service and ambience were top as always!
