Poor experience start to finish. Both waiters appeared to have no experience at all. On arrival restaurant was quiet with only one other table, waiter was unable to prepare alcoholic drinks, so we had to wait for another waiter, which resulted in a 40 minute wait for drinks. Once food was finally ordered, starters and main course all came at once, leaving no room on the table. The chicken tikka was cold and had to go back to the kitchen to be microwaved and the naan bread was hard. Sadly, the food was not what was expected having read other reviews. This is a third time I have visited this restaurant and last time I’m afraid. The first time the music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves speak the second time we took friends from Devon and we were cramped in at the back of the restaurant and service was bad. Last night was equally bad, they took over 20 mins to come to our table to take orders for drinks then had to wait nearly an hour for our food. We witnessed a table being turned away because they were only 10 mins late and the ‘manager ‘ was sat on his phone at a table. Recent visit with friends on a Sunday lunchtime. Completely empty when we arrived, which is probably a bit understanding for a lunchtime service. Our waiter seemed very inexperienced, having to refer everything to a mystery colleague that we never actually saw. Noticed in the window an advert for a set lunch. At approximately £70 for all 4 of us we thought we’d give it a go. Bizarrely starters, mains, side dishes, rice nan breads all came together. So much food, we could just about fit it all on the table. Would hv definitely been preferable to have starters prior to main food. However, food was excellent extremely good value.
On the surface it looks very cramped and almost like sitting in someone’s personal sitting room. Previously getting a table for two you do get the feeling you are also dining with the table Nextdoor. The lighting and nicely heated restaurant can actually make it quite cosy and relaxing. Food is standard English offering but with a slightly more authentic taste. I enjoyed my curry and bhajia starter. Service could be slightly better with more flair, but we will most likely return. Dilli Haat is definitely the better Indian restaurant of the three in Westbourne.

Yesterday, we had our staff party at this restaurant with a group of 15 people. There were a variety of dishes that were all beautifully presented. Everyone in the group unanimously agreed that the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, the entire experience was a great success. Thank you.
The food was fabulous. Went for the Murgh Masala, Mushroom Pilau Chips, washed down with draught Cobra. Very tasty filling with good quick service from a couple of lovely lads. Pricey but well worth it. Highly recommend this Indians which is located on the town centres Main Street.
We tried the 'special menu for two' last night and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and probably one of the best takeout meals we've ever had. It was all very tasty, generous portions, and great value. We can't wait to order it again.
This is the worst food I have ever had. The service was not good and it was a total waste of money. The quality and quantity of the food were very low. The food was tasteless, I would have been better off eating tissue paper.

The food was very well cooked, with no waiting times and friendly staff which is rare. The kids also enjoyed and it was a good family dine out. Everyone must visit.
