As I walked in I saw a man from the corner, could that be the iconic Angry man of Dim Sum. THE LEGENDS ARE TRUE. As I sat down the angry man asked me what I wanted, BUT ANGRY. We’re were here in Jersey for a Family funeral and looking for some great Asian food... this place came up and so we decided to check it out. The staff were friendly, service was great, food was amazing! We were definitely impressed. We moved to Tennessee from Florida and missed having good Chinese food. The Dumplings, wontons, and egg rolls were all super fresh and tasty. Our main course was awesome so glad we came. Also they were very accommodating for us with an infant and 7 year old. Very family friendly.
Horrible customer service!! Forgot half our order last time I ordered the person who answered the phone said they would bring it next time we order!!! So now it was next time they changed everything that they owed us that they wrote down to small sizes after I already paid for all large items!! Would never order fromthere again this is not the first time they’ve made mistakes think because they are always rushing you off phone!!! Horrible service!!!!!
I have tried the stuffed eggplant, appetizer, sweet and sour chicken, and crab Rangoon before at this restaurant and tonight, they were completely different from what I remembered. I am wondering if there is new ownership. I will give it one more chance, but if the food continues to disappoint, I will have to say goodbye to Dim Sum.

I had been searching for a place that served gluten-free Chinese food and was thrilled to discover Dim Sum. The dishes taste just like their gluten-containing counterparts, and the variety of gluten-free options is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone following a gluten-free diet.
The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. The food was delicious, especially the crystal shrimp noodles. The prices could be a bit lower and the decor could use some updating, but they offer the best kind of comfort food that no fancy restaurant can imitate.
The chicken soup had a fishy smell, the sweet and sour chicken was tough and greasy, the rice was dry, and the egg roll lacked flavor. Overall, we were very disappointed with our meal and ended up throwing everything away. It was a waste of money.
My first time dining at this restaurant with a group of five. The waiter was polite and efficient, and the service was good. However, the food was just okay. The restaurant could use some improvement. Overall, I would not recommend it or return.

the food was terrible. they used old frittier oil that made the taste stained. not impressed. feel bad for the owner who tries to hang....the government should be for the kind and wise how to treat the economy.
