absolutely love how passionate the owner is about her food she is so excited to share her family recipes with customers -feels like a home made meal.i live in the area and have been a few times- vegetables and meat are always very fresh, and delicious .spanikopita is fantastic as well, even the rice is perfectly seasoned. make sure you go when the owner is there when the younger girls close i’ve gone a few times before 8 and everything is already packed up. definitely one of the best options in the area!
If you miss the experience no worries. Dimitris was great when it first opened. I've been there maybe half a dozen since then. About 2 months ago, I went in dying for a Gyro. It was horrible dry meat that seemed like it had been in the sitting there for hours in the steam tray. That wish I could take back my stars. Lol Needless to say, I will not be coming back there anymore.
A no frills place with the most Delicious and amazing food. The gyro was exploding the flavor and I added hot sauce for the Final punch. I chicken cutlets I sampled were amazing as well as the boneless chicken was juicy too. You wont be disappointed the cooks are amazing. The owner was super-friendly too! Punch for lunch spot or on the grab go dinner.
We get gyros in the city, and Astoria, so we eat gyros often. Dmitris is by far the best. The gyro is amazing, the meat is juicy and flavorful, the tzatziki is delicious, the special mustard sauce ties everything everything making it the best gyro ever. Highly recommend!

As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. The food is authentic Greek food and everything on the menu is so delicious. The lemon soup is to die! Will definitely be going back!
This gyro place is amazing. We come every week during my son's tae kwon do practice and we look forward to this! The food does not disappoint. Fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Ordered on seamless today. The tsaziki sauce that was on our gyro was so sour it was inedible. The gyro meat was hard on one side
