You Need To Know? This Italian Restaurant located inside a strip mall was deceiving delicious. From outside I thought we were entering a small pizza joint, then when you entered the restaurant, it was huge. We were greeted seated immediately. Our waitress was quick thorough. We had the pizza, chicken bites, pasta dish the speedie chicken salad. The pizza was crispy delicious. The pasta was drowning in its sauce. The speedie salad was very good. The chicken bites were breaded but did not seem as though they were house made, more of the frozen variety. Definitely worth a stop for a bite to eat. Now You Know! -TBH
After our short train ride tour of Smoketown's historical sites, we had the opportunity to visit two more pizzerias along the Lackawanna Pizza Trail. Our first stop was Dino Francesco's Pizzeria Restaurant in Moosic, PA. Kit ordered a slice of plain pizza, while I chose a slice of sausage and a slice of pepperoni. Today, we enjoyed slices from round pizzas rather than the typical rectangular pies with straight cuts. Each slice was delicious, with the cheese, crust, sauce, and toppings harmonizing perfectly to create a truly enjoyable experience!
I got the eggplant Parmesan and linguine with white clam sauce and it was delicious!! The place was decorated so cute for Easter! The service was great she was very attentive and kept an eye on us but not to much, just right! Great time!
Delicious Italian food with daily specials and soups. My favorite is the Italian wedding soup. The servers have worked there happily for many years so the management must be good.
