We were served a good Greek red wine, having told the host that we knew nothing of Greek wine. It was all downhill from there. The lamb special dish had great flavor, but the meat was as dry and tough and any could imagine. I could not finish eating it, despite a lovely flavor of the preparation .Then after an interminable wait with no service, we wanted something else, so of the choice of yogurt or ice cream, we chose ice cream with whipped cream. The ice cream was at best "institutional" and the whipped cream, which cost .50 each, had the taste of corn oil or something that was not cream.All in all, not a good experience, and my jaws are sore from trying to chew half of the main course.
Simply great! We stopped by spontaneously, received a very friendly welcome and were happy to accommodate any special requests when ordering. ....and then the soooo delicious food!! I've never had such a great tomato stock for mussels in Hamburg!!! But I know one thing: if we are in Stade again, we will definitely eat here again!!! Ate here twice in my one-week trip to Stade. Had a dish that was a mix of gyro lamb and pork that was excellent. Thought it was odd to have greek without hummus though. Service was nice. Don't pass on the ouzo after your meal.
The food is delicious and the portions abundant. Ambience rather average, for that met operation and no long waiting times. In addition to Greek cuisine, there is also delicious pizza.

A 1980s time capsule of a Mediterrainian restaurant anywhere in Europe. A warmer evening than this, Stade has lots of better places to offer.
We were very satisfied with the food rich and tasty and the attentive staff. The menu offers a wide selection not only Greek dishes.
