eating was good, but would justify an evaluation of only 4 points. in particular the salatdressing tasted somewhat artificial. I can't judge whether the sauce was completely free of additives in the frame carving. On the other hand, the point of the tweeled roast was hit very well. It is striking that the restaurant has increasingly established itself as a traditional restaurant and is particularly popular with the somewhat older look, so it feels like the time there has been something. the rating of 5 points, however, justifies the very unusual, self-contained service of the (head) waiter. his fun at work is transferred to the guests and leaves a sustainable impression.
