Ray is an excellent customer service representative. He helped me locate a slavic medicinal brandy over the holidays. His manner was genuine: took the details from me, promised to locate and follow up, followed up, did more research, followed up again, and was patient with me throughout the days it took to complete the cycle. His service is priceless.
The atmosphere is perfect the inside is so cozy! The staff are helpful, humble and knowledgeable and they have so much in stock! I cant say enough good about this liquor store its my go to spot and always a great experience. Also they decorate the outside I love the lights keep up the great work
They are always more expensive than other local liquor stores in the area and the new owners are rude and not friendly. NJ Wine Cellar where Blockbuster used to be is much better priced and the staff is very professional and appreciate their customers.
Great service. Always a variety of drinks. And their delivery through Drizly is the quickest around. There are liquor stores within a 2 minute radius and Dittricks is about 15 and they're the fastest!
