Sadly, this restaurant did not live up to its Michelin Star or to its very fine chef…. We cannot recommend it in any way. For the record, this is the first and only negative review that I have ever submitted on TripAdvisor … because I...truly respect all the hard working folks who own and run restaurants and who work in the hospitality business in general. I went to Divellec because the seafood and chef come highly recommended, but it was a very disappointing meal and overall experience. Alas, the food was pretty cold and relatively undistinguished for its very high price. I am not one for negative reviews, but after this experience I will take one. we were in a back room with a completely different ambiente in the main restaurant without tablecloths and terrible decoration stuck. the personal then ignored us and the...Wachsin at the rare places when she appeared was obviously inappropriate from any one we have made. when we said we needed a few minutes before the order. the food was very mediocre and overpriced. I had much better fishing in a cheap beach restaurant in portugal. at the end of the evening we asked her to order a taxi, and when it came, the driver explained that he could not take four people. when we notified the woman who organized the taxi, sh...

What a pleasant surprise. After a late night New Year's Eve and lazy New Years Day we weren't sure what dinner on New Years (with so many places closed) would bring us. At the recommendation of our fantastic Conciergerie Astrid at Le Meurice we went...to Divellec. It is a lovely place near Les Invalides. We sat at the bar which is one of the options when making a reservation however due to lamps and candles it is a bit dicey there. Still we were very warmly greeted, English was good and the barman was able to make a martini. The wine list is fabulous. The food (fish is the star). Three of us to celebrate my mom's (I advised in advance) we were greeted warmly and seated in a perfect location by the open window but still inside on a lovely banquette. Lagniappes and bread were delicious. The sommelier (who has now left,...helas) recommended lovely champagnes by the glass, and then assisted with a beautiful Chablis. The tuna pastilla was a standout as we remembered from a previous visit, and the salmon and turbot were divine. Festive candles adorned our dessert of fraises des bois, with the ice cream split for the three of us. Will definitely return. Book a table now

we had a very mixed experience- nice eating, a nice service person terrible table in the back, terrible total service with a very unhelpful waitress and all for a very expensive price almost for people! we just wanted to go home and they couldn't even organize a taxi for us. spoke to the manager and yes he was sorryd but honestly he only looked confused, it was all very unsatisfactory! tipp: if they go there and they put them in the next room on the back not wasting their money, forget about them because they are too busy with the front of the house. Don't go!

I enjoyed a solo Saturday Luncheon here in August, as it's quite hard to find good places that are actually open in the month of August in Paris. The ambiance is marvellously ornate and refined. I had a simple meal of half a dozen oysters...and a salmon steak with some Graves and an excellent Macon. The service was suitably attentive as there were only other tables in the entire restaurant. My bill came to including aperitif, wine and coffee. A pleasing experience.

This restaurant is located by Les Invalides. The welcome, service and atmosphere were excellent. The wine list is very comprehensive with a good range of wines from all around the world. However the food was less so and being a fish restaurant we found our...oysters and monkfish not very fresh and at these prices it should be the best on the market. Overhearing other customer’s comments we were not alone with this opinion. Disappointing!

two times during our stay in paris, had a wonderful time visiting each. the place was packed at both locations and yet the staff were very helpful and friendly. eating was great. have seen some of the last reviews that are so hard that. I feel ashamed to see people rushing on such dedicated employees. it is a hard call and they earn credit for their efforts. Why be so evil. as always, do not listen to them. Try it yourself and enjoy it! Book a table now

I used to go to this restaurant before it was very good, then I returned in oktober to paris and went back I was surprised the service is not good as before the part is smaller than before, the price is expensive since...pro the serving the waiters have no friendly and welcoming attitude as before eating not as good as I recommend to improve
