Dixy Chicken - Table reservation

I ordered food to go from this restaurant and was horrified to discover a long greasy hair in my meal when I got home. I called to complain and they apologized, saying they would send a new meal. However, they refused to replace the entire order, insisting that only the hair-infested dish would be replaced, not the accompanying chips. After insisting on a full replacement, they agreed to deliver it to my house. But then, the manager called back and asked me to keep the contaminated meal, indirectly accusing me of lying. I will not be ordering from Dixy Chicken again! The fries were undercooked, limp, and oily. The fried chicken had a soggy, undercooked coating, with the chicken flesh appearing just cooked, greasy, and tasting of stale cooking oil. The cheesy garlic bread was doughy and undercooked, with a substitute cheese used. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This was a real disaster , my brothers friend catche diarrhoea which was a disgrace . In addition to this I found a piece of hair in my chicken which was horrible. When we called them to inform this , they didn't say anything accept from saying sorry. How is that going to solve this issue may I ask ? So shocked and surprised never go there .

The food at this restaurant is so delicious that it helps me sleep better at night. It is truly the best in the world and nothing else can compare. The price of £2.99 for 2 mini burgers and chips is fantastic and makes me incredibly happy.

Go in with 5 pound come out with a big meal. The grub is always certi and boss man always patterns it. Rate this place
