I knew this bakery from our weekly purchase at Foodassembly in Cologne Ehrenfeld. The company guarantees: NO preservatives NO dyes NO Emulsifier NO Emulsifier NO Eluents NO acidity regulator NO anti-foam NO industrial baking agent NO pre-prepared baking mixtures Animal-protein-free so far we have ordered regular breads, brownies and almond cuts (hammer).
In this bakery, there is almost everything that back moderately desires the heart. The selection of breads includes at least 20 breads. About 10 varieties of rolls and many great cakes.
