Dobbs and Bishop is a real Bronxville treasure! When it was new I went in and asked if they had Gjetost (Norwegian goat cheese they did, and I've been going there ever since. The owners really know how to run this business right. They carry a wide a variety of things in addition to cheese perfect for party planning. Try some of the samples. They even have pastry and specialty ice cream by the quart. Kevin and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always help me pick out just the right cheese for a gift, or for myself. Dobbs and Bishop is my go-to place for the weekends! The service was outstanding. A friendly cheesemonger assisted me in pairing a sharp Parmigiano with a delicious baguette. Although I live in Concord, Massachusetts, I plan to make weekly trips to Dobbs and Bishop for a taste of Bronxville!
