I always have the best experience when I visit this hotel. Teresa at Flippers beach bar is hands down the best bartender I’ve had in a long time!! She was attentive, personable and made some of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was breathtaking!! Can’t wait to come back!
Ms Carol from the restaurant is very welcoming. And her coffee is excellent! Very polite and accommodating. And has Outstanding Customer Service! Nice hotel but long walk to the shore. It would be great to be able to have a server come out to beach cabana. That would've make beach experience great
Great resort for friends and family! Nice pool, easy beach access, water sports excursions and convenient restaurant/bar/grill options. Flippers bar grill is right off the pool/beach. Shout out to our bartender Teresa- great drinks, food suggestions and fast service! Would definitely come again!
Great place! Loved our bar tender Drew! Can’t wait to go back again soon! Beds are very comfortable room was very nice also. Restaurant had great food and nice size portions too. Pool was awesome too. The complementary cabana every day was awesome.
