Blatant lack of professionalism. Following a telephone conversation to reserve one of the reception rooms for a baby shower, I had a physical meeting on site with the person in charge of the service. The interview went very well, the person reserved the room in my name on the software in front of me and told me to send the final quote by email in the coming days. Finally several weeks later (only 3 weeks before the babyshower) we received an email indicating that the event could not take place at Domaine de la Mer. Suffice it to say that everyone had already been informed of the location and that we would find another location in 3 weeks is impossible. Of course the email didn't even contain...
We spent a wonderful stay in the area of the sea where we were welcomed by Snow, a lovely golden. Our cottage was clean and more than equipped, the bedding was comfortable. We also took advantage of the bar-restaurant, where the selection of a menu allowed us to discover some very good local specialties. A perfect stay in an establishment where our four-legged friends are welcomed as we are: we will return!
