Le restaurant gastronomique de Verchant ?Sûrement pas....Quand on reserve un Gastro on attend bien évidemment LA QUALITÉ Nul n'est regardant sur le prix c'est un moment plaisir que les épicuriens recherchent lCe restaurant vous présentera une carte avec une majorité de poissons La mise en bouche = poissons ou rien !S'ensuit une rondelle de tomate no commentMême les plats principaux vous aurez le chiix entre 2 poissons et 1 viande(bœuf)J'avais choisi le loup correctLe bœuf semble avoir attendu sous des lampes il est arrivé durNous n'avons pas isérois tester les desserts !En conclusion les prix sont Gastro mais la qualité est médiocre
Visitor to the region , we telephoned to reserve a lunch near the swimming pool.. The personel informed us to come directly to the hotel in order to do this. We arrived after driving some time only to to be informed the swimming pool and lunch was complete.Leaving around midday we did not have the impression the swimming pool nor the restaurant was complete.! Now living in the area we are not ready to return t..Very dissappointed by the lack of iniatiative of the staff.especially for a relais chateau 5 etoiles!!!

Voilà quelques temps que nous souhaitions nous y rendre, et avons profité d'un anniversaire pour se laisser tenter par l'endroit.Le repas est à la hauteur des lieux.Nous avons choisi le menu surprise que je recommande vivement, car fin et varié .Le chef et son équipe ont su nous surprendre, le tout pour un rapport qualité prix plus que raisonnable.Le petit bémol s'il en fallait un serait sur le plateau de fromage qui mériterait peut être un peu plus de fantaisie .Nous recommandons l'expérience

We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner to the restaurant. We were very happy that they let us in with our small chihuahua, which was a pleasant surprise for us, since in Spain where we live barely any restaurant let you in with a dog. The food was great and the wine from their vineyard was good as well. Every Thursday they have an event with live music and singers where they invite other vineyards and you can taste their wine. To sum up, it was a great experience. We enjoyed the night
The place is absolutely gorgeous. The spa is perfectly clean, staff is welcoming. Massages cost around 130€. The brunch is INCREDIBLE and with a fab view (brunch and sun beds for 2 = 160€) You can then access a swimming pool. A must-try if you ever go to Montpellier!
Great selection of drinks and food in what has to be one of the most beautiful pool bars I have ever seen. Great selection including healthy options served by a multilingual staff who are absolutely delightful.
The restaurant as I told on the hotel reviews, they should have more attention staff, and with more dedication the food is very good The only problem is the staff
