"what a difference from yesterday evening. with the celebrations for the brunettes 40. it was the choice of her sister and it is a cracker. well-processed dishes with surprising aromas, beautiful balance and beautiful presented. (Confirm our suspects about the overpriced disappointment of the last night in Azay-le-Rideau). my, sorted salmon starter was just beautiful. fresh and lively. and the Guinea-Fowl with morel mushrooms was also perfect. a very delicious pinot gris and a moulin a vent washes everything nicely down. I found the table too big. there were only 9 of us and it was the size of a squash court!"

What a difference from last night. Continuing on with the celebrations for the Brunette's 40th, it was her sister's choice and it's a cracker.Well-worked dishes with surprising flavours, nice balance and beautifully presented. (Confirming our suspicions about last night's overpriced disappointment in Azay-le-Rideau.) My assorted salmon starter was just gorgeous. Fresh and lively. And the guinea fowl with morel mushrooms was also perfect. A very tasty Pinot Gris and a Moulin A Vent washed everything down nicely.I did find the table to be too big. Seriously, it was massive. There was only 9 of us and it was the size of a squash court!
