I feel that I should have received a refund for my order from Papa John's. I ordered a pizza, garlic knots, cinnamon knots, two pizza dipping sauces, and three icing cups, but not a single pizza or icing was included in my delivery. I called the shop in Glencoe, Alabama over an hour ago, and they assured me they would send the missing items, but nothing has arrived. I ended up paying $12 for bread that I’m going to throw away, in addition to $2 worth of items I didn’t receive, and I regret giving a $5.28 tip since my order was not fulfilled as expected.
Let's start by saying I was a very loyal customer of this store and the employees that work there are wonderful. Now let's get to today my order was cancelled and the district manager called me and said that they do not deliver to my work anymore which is 4.7 miles away, I have gotten it delivered at least once a week for well over a year. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could show who cost domino's a very loyal customer.
This is the best Domino’s location around. The food is always good and employees are incredibly kind. I really appreciate the employee who went above and beyond for me tonight when I ordered my pizza well done!
Pizza wasn't ready when I arrived. Was told they didn't see the online order. Had to wait another 10 mins. When I got the pizza, I had paid for extra sauce and there was barely any on the pizza.

My orders are always correct hot and fresh. The team members are always friendly when they come to the window and it’s one of my favorite places in glencoe!!!!
The customer service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious, and I will definitely be returning!
Online screen said 25 mins get there and had to wait another 30 mins...To be honest the pizza wasn't that great...
I almost got Savannahs pizzas by mistake. The young man working there was sharp and noticed the error.
