I've ordered online from Dominos Malvern in SA twice in the past week. Both times my order was cancelled. The first time I missed a call from the store after ordering, and I only found out that they cancelled the order, I don't know why, after checking the app once I got in the car to go pick it up. The second time I answered a call that came after ordering and paying online, only to be told they were closed due to revised trading hours, and so my order had been cancelled and that I need to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Why is online ordering active and taking money if the store is closed or unwilling to service orders? Taking orders without intending to fulfil them is just inconsider...
If I could leave no stars I would absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6pm, no pizza by 7pm. Called and was told their system had crashed and they had no record of my order despite the money already being taken from my account which would take 5 days to be refunded. No real apology or solution offered. When I asked if I could give my order details over the phone now the store manager actually said “are you dense I just told you our system was down” and then hung up on me. Unbelievable rudeness. This has to be one of the worst dominos in South Australia. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT LEAVE YOU ANY EXPLANATION!!! I’ve had 2 experiences with this store where i ordered and nothing arrived and then wasn't given any reasoning as to why i then tried to speak to a manager for 2 weeks, they ignored my phone calls and wouldn't refund me, nor give me a simple explanation. Terrible customer service. Poorly managed store. Overall worst food experience i’ve ever had. I will never buy dominos again because of this store!!!!
This restaurant review is completely unacceptable. I placed an online order and when it was delivered, the drink was missing. I was promised that it would be included in the next delivery, but it never happened. When I called to follow up, I was informed that I would not be receiving the drink or a refund. After multiple calls, I have still not received any resolution. It may only be a few dollars, but this is nothing short of theft. The service was for delivery and the meal type was dinner.

Didn’t even got my money back straightaway, staff mentioned that it is a online thing and will get in 5 days. Never coming back to this place again. I absolutely love Domino's Pizza. I frequent the Malvern location almost every time, occasionally visiting Pasadina as well. My favorite is their pizza with a crispy base topped with ham and pineapple. I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for many years and in my opinion, they make the best pizzas. I usually order takeout for dinner.
customer service worst I have come to Australia since the move. from beginning to end the workers were rude, the delivery lasted forever, the eating was cold and soggy. more than just eating bad, they can expect to be treated as müll when they try to talk to someone in the load. my look at dominos changed forever.
