I Placed an order online. I called to ask them to run my wings through twice. They refused, stating that they had food falling out of the oven and cars wrapped around their building. Before I could get my next sentence out, they had hung up on me. I wish I would have gotten this employee’s name. As a previous Dominos’s manager, there are so many things that need to be said on so many levels. Service: 1
The new cheeseburger pizza is quite brilliant... The speciality of pineapple and jalapeno chicken is delicious...and the staff was phenomenal, especially the young lady from Houston who came to the pickup window. Courteous, friendly and professional, it made our stop to the city a pleasure while we travel across land. Thank you for your great customer service!
It is hard to make a pizza chain five stars after the pizza fresh and cooked in the oven in an authentic Italian restaurant. Chains can be hit and missed. I always had a good experience at this Domino site. The food tastes good and is well prepared. Go on!
Our order is accurate 99% of the time, and the other percent that it's not, they'll fix it with no problems. Very friendly staff
