This Domino's branch is by far the worst I've ever experienced, and it seems much of the problem stems from corporate policies. They used to label their pizza boxes, which was incredibly helpful, but they’ve stopped doing that. Now if you order similar pizzas, good luck figuring out which is which. Their tracking system is also quite unreliable; it often closes before the delivery is finished. When my pizza finally arrives, there’s no notification, and it's usually cold. To make matters worse, despite living only two blocks away, it takes 20 to 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. I’m really at a loss as to where the $5.99 delivery fee is going. I called to ask if the items could be remade since they were inedible, or if I could get a refund. The woman I spoke to refused my request and only offered a 50% discount on our next order or to remake the items we hadn’t fully consumed. She insisted that this meant they had to be completely intact, so because we had taken a bite before reaching out, they wouldn't remake them. I tried to explain that they were nearly okay but ultimately needed to be thrown away, but she remained inflexible. I intend to dispute the charge and won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
I usually enjoy the classic pizzas at this Domino's location—they're decent for the price, neither the best nor the worst. However, I decided to try the thin crust pizzas and ordered two. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both. The crust tasted like a Saltine cracker, and the sauce, cheese, and toppings were extremely sparse. Some slices had no cheese at all, barely any sauce, and no toppings. It felt like eating a dry cracker with burnt sauce. This was easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I won’t be ordering thin crust from here again.
I had the worst pizza experience ever! I ordered an extra-large pizza with half pepperoni and half deluxe (without green peppers), which cost $32.30—already too expensive in my opinion. When it arrived, it was undercooked, and instead of half pepperoni and half deluxe, it had half pepperoni and half mushrooms, plus green peppers! To make matters worse, the delivery took almost an hour. I won't be returning to this place!
