Well after a very bad experience at another place I ordered domino's. I did not realize it was so close to the closing time. I received my food very fast, and with a smile. I was in food service many years ago and I know this guy was cursing me on the inside because of how late it was. Lol. But without hesitation and a smile on his face he handed me my food. I tipped in the total and because of his customer centric attitude I gave him another cash tip. The food was hot, and delicious. The driver was nice and polite. I normally don’t review places but this is the 3rd time that they missed my order and I had to spent half an hour to get it .. even thought their patented technology tracker said it’s completed.Worse part is they even did partial order complete meaning while I have to wait for my half order to complete , other half gets cold and just sitting there …
In the past year, every pizza we've ordered with half toppings has been incorrect. When we request half olives, it shouldn't mean extra olives on the entire pizza. Recently, the sauce has been insufficient and tastes like dried-up breadsticks. However, delivery is fast and efficient, even if the order is wrong.
I really don't understand the negative reviews. We order pizza from this place at least every other week. Although we've had to wait during our visits, the service has always been friendly and efficient. The pizza is some of the best in town. The staff is consistently welcoming, and the place is always clean.

Good gravy the pizzas are horrible. Overcooked and tasteless. Staff were very quick and very nice. I worked for Dominoes in college and once in a while I like to get pizza. I dismissed the 3.9 score to my own detriment. Pass on this company for the near future.
This is the best pizza place in Richmond Hill! It's the most stylish, clean, and well-managed Domino's I've ever been to. You have to try the Specialty Chicken crispy bacon and tomato bites—they're absolutely addictive!
I order from this restaurant at least every few months, and I've never encountered any problems! The food is always quick, hot, and delicious. The staff consistently puts in a lot of effort.
Ordered a 14” pizza to be delivered. Why was I charged $35.00!! Can’t figure that one out. They couldn’t explain it either. Guess I’ll call the manager tomorrow.

Be taking too damn long on the delivery. And lie about the delivery times. If you place an order expect it to be 30-45 minutes past what the delivery time says.
The amount of cheese (or lack thereof) is tragic.Use the scoop cups or whatever it is corporate gives you to measure cheese cause this ain't it.
