This place is a disgrace I placed my order online and when I went to pick my order up I saw two men working only (one African American man one Hispanic man with his earphones in his ears) . I immediately saw the African American man preparing a pizzaputting the pepperonis on the pizza with his BARE HANDS! He came over to ask me about my order I asked ?you all don?t weargloves here?? He replied ?no, what is the name your order is under?? That is completely unsanitary and nasty. I ordered a thin crust pizza and a salad with extra dressings and sauces, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the extras. I also didn’t realize they had a spicy sauce option, and we didn’t request a square cut, yet that’s what we received. The pizza wasn’t terrible, but I definitely won’t be ordering it again.
I called to inquire about a refund for the extra dressings and sauces that I was charged for but didn’t receive, as those costs can add up. After being put on hold for over 31 minutes, I ended up getting hung up on. I then tried calling from my house phone, only to be hung up on again. Eventually, I sent an email, not expecting a response, but we’ll see what happens.

Ordered for delivery. Order said it would take 50 minutes. An hour and a half later still no pizza. Called the restaurant manager is upset. I ask to cancel and get a refund and the manager cuts me off and doesn’t let me speak. It seems like it’s not the first time this happens. Poor corporate management and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering here again.
I ordered my meal at 11:50am. According to the Domino's tracker, my meal was quality checked within 20 minutes. By 1am I had not received my meal or an update about my order. I sat for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and got nothing.

The Hyattsville Baltimore Avenue is the absolute worst. They NEVER answer the phone and are ALWAYS over an hour to receive the order. I will be using Papa John's going forward. If I could give less than one star, I would.
My first taste of pizza in the northwest. It was juicy compared to some dry Pizza?s I have taken in the past.
There product is Good ?But there prices SUCK ESPECIALLY When they leave you waiting for an Hour! Or More.
