Pizza delivery was over an hour late, called to inquire and the lack of interest to resolve or compensate for their inefficiency by the manager was appalling. The pizza is still not here as I write this review. Very disappointed. We order all the time and loyalty is not even acknowledged. We will not be ordering from there again for a very long time. The owners of the franchise should really discuss the importance of keeping your regular customers happy. ????????
Placed order on the app at 9:56 pm and got a email confirmation, the tracker said it was in the prep stage and would be ready in 13 minutes. I was on the way to the store and got an email saying my order was canceled. I got to the store and saw all the lights on, counter had sauce and dough out, but no employees in sight. The sign says they're open until midnight and no one even called me to say why they canceled it. That is terrible service!
Just place an order from this location for Buffington ln and was delivered like this . Or either the driver let my pizza fall or he was speeding . Not cool
Just received the smushed order. When I went to report it the app had a malfunction and wouldn?t let me. How convenient.
