I had a terrible experience at Domino's on Highway 18 in Brandon. I placed an order and was initially told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived on time, I was informed that it would actually take another 15 minutes. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I was then told it would be another 30 minutes because they prioritize delivery orders. I had been waiting for an hour for a large pizza and it still wasn't ready. The service was terrible. This review pertains to the Domino's location inside the store on Highway 18.
Probably the worst Dominos I’ve been to. Food is always wrong or they make you wait for your pizza that is paid for and done till it’s no longer hot. Everyone who works there has had a attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Also how hard is it to cut a pizza all the way through. Definitely got to lost pizza or Pizza Hut just opened
I love the service! But so times it takes too long to get your orders! I love the management team at this store! The delivery drivers are the best! Thank you so much for being a great place to work and to feed my family when I do not want to cook!
Too bad there isn’t a negative star. That’s what they would receive from me. One pizza order was COMPLETELY WRONG and the other pizza looked as if it had been sitting around all day. Good luck ordering from here.

the worse place ever, never on time, most of the time not fully cooked, and top it all off i didn't even receive my order today after almost 2 hour wait.
Not a big fan of dominoes. I tried a thin crust beef pizza and it was BLAND. I didn't taste anything. That being said it's not my favorite pizza place.
Excellent customer service every time we call in…we changed to this location from the location nearest to our home…better service and better food
