Yikes this place is bad. We had some fairly mediocre experiences... but this last one was enough to write a review about. We ordered a pizza with a double topping. There was barely enough in the pizza to say it was one topping. I checked the pizza upon pick up and told the young man at the counter. I said... hey could you just give me some of the topping on a cup or something? He was like... we don 't do that. Huh? I paid for it and I was willing to leave with the ingredient in a cup to heat up at home. He looked over at some young woman behind the counter... I 'm assuming the manager. Without missing a beat she said, we don 't use cups, they are too expensive. So I said, so basically, I pai...
Barly warm.... tracker said order was done at 6:09, but never got delivered till 6:44. I'm sorry but 35 mins. is far too long, specially when Google maps says 4min. by car, 12min. by peddle bike, and 33mins by walking... Family and I order from here alot and it's usually great, however that said... currently heating our oven to reheat the pizza.. It was cool enough for our 2 year old to eat right away. ??
I ordered at 3:50pm for a 5:00pm delivery time...trying to save the time of making the kids dinner before football. However, the pizza literally came at 5:25pm and I still had to make dinner for my kids! When I called the location, the manager mustered up a we tried our best response when asked why it didn 't leave their store till 4:55pm. Well, clearly your best is NOT good enough.
Not sure if I'm credible anymore since I just started delivering from here, but I've been a customer for about two years before that. Feel free to delete my post, but I gotta say, the speed, skill, customer service, and friendliness of the folks here isfantastic. Food tastes great, too.

Tried their $7.99 with three toppings large pizza. Can't say we were impressed or feel its any better than Caesar's for $5.00 with one topping. We only have tried Domino's 2-3 times in the 12 years here in Columbia, doubt I will be returning.
my small order on 11:25 watch tracking went all the way to the delivery before the conclusion at 12 o'clock, only for them never deliver my food if she had a lot of time, I live 5-6 minutes away. I've already tipped, just paid lazy employees.
For a Pizza Delivery Chain I'm impressed. The food tastes great, the service is top notch and the delivery is quick!! Never had an issue with my orders, and I'm always happy and full when I get done.
Pizza is always ready, they honor coupons even if you forget to bring it. This Domino's has been consistently good for at least 5 yrs. They're polite, fast, friendly.
