We tried to phone our order through so that it would be ready to collect it but no one was answering the phone. Instead, we drove there and went into the shop which is up two small steps and isnt wheelchair friendly. Our order was...taken, and all the time that we were being served, the assistant was talking on the phone!!! In no time at all, our pizza was ready. When we got home, we found out why. It was soggy and under cooked in the middle. We have not been back there since as there are plenty of places to eat pizza nearby.
ordered food at 8 o'clock, said it would be 20 minutes, an hour and a half later we contacted wondering if it was on the way, they said it was. another half an hour later we call again where it is, they said. the driver had just left. we waited two hours when they said it would wait a 20 minute.
Ordered via the website as usual, the kids love it but we only get it occasionally as it is so expensive. Always use the deals to get it half price but it is still over priced. The delivery was quick and the delivery person was...polite so no issues there.
It's just like any other Domino's takeaway branch. Staff are friendly, service is quick. Seem to be doing fairly well as this branch has been here for a while.
