To put it none too bluntly I have had a lost driver with no idea where he was going and had to make a total of 4 phone calls 2 to the driver and 2 to the store first spoke to the manager and was rudely told to shut up when I was complaining and then pointing out that the driver they had has no local knowledge of the area and somehow ended up in the old town when it's obvious where my flat is to anyone who knows the town. The food arrived late semi-cold and lukewarm and the driver looked like a deer in the headlamps when confronted outside of the flat I made it clear to him he was not at fault but the manager and store staff are rude and lacked basic customer service skills have made a compla...
Ordered a chicken feast with 3 extra toppings. Pizza arrives 25 minutes late, with the 3 extra toppings, but without the main toppings it's supposed to have, such as chicken and sweetcorn. This is the 3RD TIME this has happened. This branch is a joke, avoid at all costs!
Poor service with doughy undercooked pizza and starters The only thing that they didnt manage to spoil was the Ben and Jerrys ice cream. Tried to call store to organise replacement and the phone rang off the hook. Avoid this place like the plague!
Wouldn't even give 1 star... Apart from the pizza being cold and dry, we were sent wedges with cheese and ndjua sausage all over.... we are strict vegetarians!!!!
