This place is usually good when I arrive to pick up my order. Ordered my emergency free pizza and on the app said it was ready. I show up they don't have it ready. The manager asked who made this pizza apparently never looked at the receipt from online order. Took 8 mins to have my pizza ready since they made it right when I got their. It's a 3 star since it was my free emergency pizza. If not it would be a 1 star. They had 6 people working and 2 more delivery drivers so total of 8 not understaffed.Well now I have to lower to a 2 start good thing I checked pizza before I got home. It was the wrong toppings. I got back and manager knew which one was the correct pizza.
The location was great for quite some time, but over the past year, it has really gone downhill. Last week, they completely forgot my order, and I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes—almost an hour in total. This week, they forgot a pizza. There have been several other issues as well. I definitely won’t be returning; it's just unacceptable!
Ordered online and order was canceled. Ordered again thinking it was a mistake. Nope 5 mins later canceled again. Took forever to get someone to answer their phone. Rude employee answers and says they can’t make pizza their ovens are broken. Ok? Why are you even open then? Officially done with this location.
I've been waiting for 15+ minutes to order pizza over the phone. Since this Dominos was on my way, I actually decided to swing by the store. There were 3 emoloyees inside their excuse was that they COULD NOT HEAR the phone ringing and that EVERYONE orders online nowdays.

I placed an order over the phone and Jake was incredible! He assisted me throughout the entire process for a large order, and everything was delivered quickly and exactly as requested. The online ordering is excellent as well. Thank you, Jake and Domino's Wood Dale!
Horrible customer service. The phone rings and no employees try to answer it. They don't respect the customer at all. Plus have had them make my order wrong the 3 times I have ordered from them. Just go to a different Domino's you'll be better off!
This place is horrible cause i ordered a 2 cheese pizza and 1 vegetable and that is not that much food and it's been 3 2 hours and the man is mean bad service
