I ordered a deluxe specialty pizza and then added black olives, extra cheese and sausage. What I got was a pizza with sausage, olives and cheese. When I got it home I was extremely disappointed with the guy who made this pizza because this was the second time in two visits with this guy that the pizza made it wrong. He states that he is the manager. He sure doesn't act like it. When I came back to complain about this last pizza he acted as if the pizza the one I actually wanted that he was making for me was enough to calm my anger towards him. I Left a message about his first screw up that should have gotten the point across that this guy needed to be retrained. He evidently didn't get that...
Most of the time, domino's tell me white lies as far as delivery arrival, and gets it wrong. Cool whatever!!! Tonight they blew it by 45 minutes, and on top of that, my delivery driver was hostile when I tried to give him a tip of more than he was deserving due to hostility. He didn't even want to take my tax free tip. His name was supposed to Kevin in whom I know, but it wasn't. Next time I get this treatment, I will be who I used to be. Plus the lady on the phone had no clue of what was going on which made my experience this time worse than ever.
HUGE HUGE RAVE for the employees! They make the most beautiful hot delivered pizzas. They unfortunately didn't add my mushrooms (which is totally fine) because I called up there and they were so sweet and offered to remake it and deliver it free of charge. I have ordered from Domino's for a couple of years now and they never let me down! Keep up the good work, y'all!
Toxic work environment, ran inside for a pickup since the window service was slow. Workers were cussing and fussing at each other. They did not have it together at all. The manager didn't seem to care one bit.
