Just moved to the area in July 2021. Ordered from them for the first time last week. There was a stand of hair cooked INTO the pizza, not just in top. I filed an issue online, and they gave me 20% off my next order. Tonight , 6:04 I placed my order. The website said the delivery person for nando went out at 6:18 for delivery. I was following him on the website Google map. I watched him drive around Brick and Point Pleasant for about 45 minutes, and then while his car was located on Princeton Avenue, all the sudden my order was processed as delivered. When I ordered the lady who answered had spoken so rudely to me and didn't even get my order correct. I just wanted to say that Domino's customer service is really going down the drain nowadays. I'm very disappointed by this. I feel that they should be nicer especially when it comes to their customers because we are the ones who boy their product(s) and make them money. I just can't even.
Terrible! I placed order for delivery They said it would be an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I called them only to be told that my pizza had been waiting for pickup. I specifically stated my address for the delivery which was confirmed. After waiting one hour I’m ordering elsewhere and beyond hungry. never again ! Ever !
I paid 16.85 for 16 buffalo wing and It was such a let down first they where the smallest wings you can find and I ordered hot wing and there was barely even hot sauce on them only half of them had it. Plus to make it even better they where cold wings not even close to warm at all. I will never order from them again.
