Wish there was an option for zero stars. I made a huge order here for our pre-k graduation. I made the order 2 hours ahead and monitored the tracker. My order was for noon. I watched the tracker which said my order wasn't even beginning to be prepared until 11:30.... then at noon it changed to cancelled leaving me with parents and families standing around waiting. I called and was told that a driver called out and they were not able to deliver my order. We went with another location and will not be using this location to order from.
I placed a car-side pickup order and ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes, but they generously gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. That was nice. However, when I tried to use the code for the free pizza, it didn’t work. I called the store to see if they could help me with a refund for my online order, but all calls go to a call center. The woman I spoke with didn’t seem to understand me, and I had a hard time understanding her too! It turned into quite a hassle over a free pizza.
Worst place to order food I've ordered there 5 times all 5 was late and cold I tried ordering through a different place but it always got transferred to this store they are blaming me saying I treat there drivers wrong look I'm a customer I order I pay I receive that simple they blame me for being upset this place needs to close down permanently I wouldn't even give them 1 star
I ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza, a brookie, and chocolate lava cakes. The order was cooked perfectly! Kerri, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the crew had my order waiting for me when I got there. They are so good at what they do, it?s scary!

If you can’t accommodate delivery orders due to lack of drivers, don’t offer that service or maybe have the decency to call your customers so their food doesn’t sit for an hour or longer.
Online order and asked for and paid for ranch. Contactless delivery and no ranch. Can?t call store because they never answer the phone and no way to complain on the app
The pizza was just alright. I requested extra sauce, but it ended up being pretty dry. The wings were on the small side. On the plus side, the staff were really nice.
What an amazing employee! This guy is a truly enthusiastic pizza maker. I would come back just to experience his vibrant energy again!
