When the food arrived the pizza was not in the slightest bit fresh nor hot, the fact alone that it took more than the established delivery time that was originally stated when the order was placed was very dissatisfying. The original order was a pepperoni pizza with the 8 piece hot wings. The pizza was not hot at all and tasted like it was made prior to my order and they just gave me an order that had not been picked up yet. I ordered a gluten-free pizza for a guest at my party today, but it never arrived. I called the store, and the woman who answered, possibly a manager, was unhelpful. She claimed the driver left the pizza at my door, but there was nothing there. There's no way we could have missed the delivery; everyone was in the front room by the entrance, which is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, so we could see clearly both inside and outside. We also have a Ring doorbell, and there was no footage of a delivery being made. I even checked with our neighbors, and they didn’t receive it either. The pizza was delicious, but one major issue is that there weren't enough toppings. They weren't distributed evenly across the pizza; some slices had more mushrooms than others. If you're not particular about toppings, this might be the place for you. The quality was better in the past, as they used to load on the toppings.
The manager at the store is trying to tell me this looks right. I get this pizza all the time. You cannot convince me that this looks right and didn’t tasted. Instead of taking ownership she said nothing was wrong. She had an attitude, and that as a manager is horrible. Trust I will be reaching corporate

Always missing items when delivering. When you call, expect to be put on hold for 15 minutes and lied to when they finally pick up. By far one of the worse pizza and customer service locations in Atlanta.
Pizza took 2 hours to get. I called for an update after an hour and they told me it was about to go out. 30 min later got a notification it left. It arrived dried out and cold. Stay away
Been to this one a couple times. Both times they got my order wrong. At least it was promptly remade. Slightly better than the one down the street.
I ordered a New York-style pizza, and it was really delicious! It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected, but overall, it was worth it.
