UPDATE: I decided to give the app another shot since I was already familiar with my order, which made it easier to use. This Domino's location serves excellent pizza and has a great staff. They stay open late and were able to take my order just five minutes before closing. In my experience, my local Domino's consistently provides a great experience. The pizzas always arrive hot, and the ingredients are fresh. I typically go for the $5.99 meal deal since everything else feels overpriced. I've found that calling is much faster than using the app! Speaking of which, the app is not very user-friendly at all.
The management at Domino's Pizza is extremely disappointing. They claim to take phone orders but often fail to deliver the items ordered, yet still charge full price. When customers ask for the missing food, they react negatively. If customers want to pick up their order themselves, they wouldn’t choose delivery. Domino's advertises delivery—so they should deliver the food as promised. Working at Domino's isn’t complicated; they just need to honor their menu and commitments. I might end up blacklisted from here, but that’s okay.
I had a fantastic experience with the service at Pizza Hut. I initially tried to order from Domino's, but their customer service was disappointing. After going through their call center, I was redirected back to them when I arrived at the store, which was frustrating. So, I decided to give Pizza Hut a chance instead. To my surprise, they offered excellent service and a great delivery deal. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for making my evening enjoyable and for being a much better option than the Domino's in Arcadia!
One thing I've consistently noticed about this restaurant is that I usually don't like the food, and it often leaves me feeling a bit queasy. The pizzas vary in taste from one visit to another, but in my experience, they never reach a satisfactory level of quality. This is disappointing because I usually enjoy Domino's pizza.

This restaurant is excellently managed. I place my order here at least twice a month, and I’ve never been let down. My meals are consistently prepared correctly and promptly. Truly, when it comes to fast food, they outperform any other spot in the city, even McDonald's and Taco Bell.
