Die letzten drei Bestellungen waren falsch. Zweimal fehlte ein Gericht. Heute wurde dann nach knapp 30 Minuten nachgeliefert, jedoch nochmal das falsche Essen. Im dritten Versuch kam dann das richtige Essen, die Familie war bereits eine Stunde fertig. Das ist langsam echt unterirdisch. Macht den Laden besser zu. Nachtrag: Ich habe als Entschuldigung einen 7,50 Gutschein erhalten. Dankeschön. Vielleicht probieren wir es ja irgendwann noch einmal, kann ich mir aber kaum vorstellen.
Eating was delicious as always. unfortunately came too much garlauchdip. icing for the cinnamon bread has completely missed, cinnamon bread was not cut. the pizza rolls were not single rolls but a long rod. very sweet. Pity
Wir haben bestellt und mussten 2,5 Stunden warten. Nach 2x unfreundlichen Anrufen kam daraufhin irgendwann die Bestellung an. Es kam weder eine Erklärung, noch eine Entschuldigung... Nie wieder, ganz ehrlich
we have pre-ordered, and that food came on time. supplier was very friendly. eating was hot and delicious. only the pizza had a little too much tomato sauce, so the Danish remoulade was no longer tasted. Book a table now
Das Essen ist super.Aber der Service und die Leute am Telefon bekommen ein glatte 6 als Schulnote. Es wird immer wieder vergessen daß es Dienstleister sind. Langsam am Telefon sprechen wäre ein Anfang
very large, order given and it came only the automated order confirmation and no message that the food cannot be delivered or otherwise. that even creates the smallest delivery services.
until 23 the load has ordered open, 22:15 eat, and nix has arrived though 20-30 min there it was there. 1 day before the same order same time arrived in time.
no friendliness and additional clothing on the door back to not climb, but they heard that the door was pressed down. we were happy with eating. Book a table now
