I ordered a pizza at 8:00pm this evening, and received email confirmation of my order at 8:01pm. At 8:16, the delivery tracker said it had been double checked for perfection by Max. At 8:43pm, I called the store to ask why it hadn 't left yet as it 's been done for nearly 30 minutes. I was told well the driver is here now and I see it 's only been 20. The customer service, accountability and math skills were seriously lacking tonight.At 8:52pm the pizza arrived, it 's room temperature at best, and I live less than 4km from the store. The order confirmation said 21-31 minutes for delivery, I had the pleasure of adding those two numbers together, and was gaslighted about the time when I called...
I ordered an extravaganza pizza, and when it arrived, it was soggy and soaked through the box, possibly undercooked. When I reached out to the store, they explained that it’s a pizza with eight toppings and that I should have requested it well done. They did issue a refund, but only in cash at the store.
We've been ordering from this restaurant for years, but today we discovered a nail baked into our pizza. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the main reason for my low rating is their no-refund policy. I believe finding a human nail in your food should be considered an exception.
I have been going to this Dominoes since l moved here over 20 years ago. Over the years the owner was so kind and treated us like royalty. Their pizzas are always delicious and the staff are very friendly. The owner sold but we continue to be loyal to this great local business. Book a table now
Ordered tonight... never received a delivery. I was told the driver called .. thats not true ... very upset and starving.... will never order again from here .
Our pizzas were really undercooked, the bottoms had no colour and the dough was underbaked. It was awful and a waste of money.
