Last time I ordered from dominos in billerica, I had a terrible experience (provided me the wrong order, so I had to go back to get cold pizzas and cheerful chickens) to which I complained. the girl who pretends to be a manager in the business offered me a loan that is placed under my phone as a hint. I'll call back a month or two later and I've been told there was no way to redeem my loan. I asked for the manager to my shocking surprise that I was told that there was no manager at this place for over a year. What's wrong with billerica dominos? they are a day away from the deactivation of the load is not even worth loading that a star!
I think it's crazy that they have a voucher that will charge a doller extra per item plus their 4.99 delivery fee because they delivered it instead of taking over. it would be useful if the delivery graters don't live from the tips. What is the point so I can pay an additional $8 plus drinking money for delivery? it's crazy. I'm going somewhere else.
Awful experience. My order took one and a half hours to arrive (a large pizza with cheesy bread). My driver took nearly 40 minutes to get to my house from the store which is normally a 10 minute drive, causing my food to arrive cold. After trying to call the store to ask if something went wrong, I was on hold for 30 minutes.
that is the third time that I have ordered from these dominos and waited an hour for my order to come and every time I call for the resurrection it is ridiculous. this time I tried to call the load several times to cancel my order, which for a waste of my gelding words can not describe how to improve this!
