I cried to let them know of my care, that is, late, although app says it is ready, it was not even cooked when it was time to be picked up, sandwich is cold in cheese not melted, paprika are cold and worse off from all very rude make excuse as they do not control over the timer on the app hello! there is a male app on why this function the customer service is the worst in this industry. you just lost a loyal customer!
Our food was burnt, but they messed up the order entirely. They never sent what I actually ordered, and when I reached out to them, they said it would take another 2 hours for delivery. When I expressed my frustration about not receiving an item I couldn’t eat, the employee got angry and hung up on me. It seems that customer service is a thing of the past. Be cautious when ordering from here.
Worst experience! We did a non-contact delivery option and the driver was extremely rude. He yelled at us just because we didn't put any light outside. He was probably frustrated in the first place and just showing it on the customers. Dominoes should hire better drivers and not these junk. But other, than that, the pizza was fine.
Horrible service! My 14 year old son canceled his order and now no one in my house can’t order food from here! The reason my son canceled orders was because everyone they got it wrong when delivered! The people inside were rude and nasty! I wouldn’t order from here anymore! Terrible customer service! Book a table now
I had another great experience with Domino's pizza. The estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes from when I placed my order, but it arrived in less than 25 minutes. Our two pizzas were perfectly baked and truly top-notch, as if the pizza chef had made them for his own family. Seriously!
much more common than not, eating takes about an hour to get to them. the last few paintings came almost two hours later and hardly room temperature. When I called that, I was told absurdly, as if it was raining outside. and not even offered to correct the problem until I pushed it.
The pizza was good. But the reason I gave a 1 star was because the driver Elshaytany yelled at us for not putting light outside. Rude driver. Never do a delivery.
from here ordered twice in the last month. both of them took it almost an hour to deliver the pizza. I live the road down. 4 dollar delivery fee and a tip? wow. Book a table now
The only problem I have is sometimes the cheesy bread is not cooked all the way through. Other than that, no other issues. Please cook the cheesy bread better.
