I ordered from Domino's on July 2nd, but my pizza never arrived. When I called, they claimed they were closed even though they had 30 minutes left until closing time. They told me to call back the next day for a refund. It's now been almost three weeks, and I've called every day, but they always say they'll get back to me later or tomorrow. The manager insists that I have been refunded, but I still haven't received my money or any compensation. I don’t understand why they are holding onto my money when I never received the product.
I found a hair in my pizza. At first, I thought it was just on top, so I tried to remove it, but when I pulled it, I realized it was baked into the crust! I took it back to the counter, but they didn’t even apologize. I waited there for about five minutes before asking what the hold-up was. The man behind the counter said it would take nine minutes to prepare a new pizza. I was so disgusted that I just asked for a refund. I will never go back again.
a large domino pizza franchise, since 2015 ordered by them and enjoyed every product they delivered me. always right and delivered directly to my door (most time.) once I had a slip with one of the drivers who put it on the wrong door, but it was late and the guy was new so I didn't owe too much to the load myself.
The staff at this restaurant seems to have difficulty understanding what you say, and I feel like they overcharge customers. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to cost $17, but I was charged $27 instead. When I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn't allow it.

the customer service republic was nice enough to let me know that the price difference has a real Hawaiian pizza and a pizza with ham and pineapple brewed. huge difference. Thank you!

The staff is so amazing here. The manager really seems to care and take an interest in what is going on. I always order from them.
