If you live in the Franklin County area, I highly recommend visiting the location in Washington. I used to work at this restaurant, and I really appreciated the franchise owner—he's a great guy. However, the manager… well, that's another story. There were numerous occasions when I arrived for my shift to find dirty dishes in the mop sink. Yes, you read that correctly—dishes coming out of the mop sink, which is used for mopping the bathroom. I have no issues with Domino's; they treated me well during my time there, and I'm not disgruntled. I'm just sharing my honest experience.
We just ordered from this restaurant about an hour ago, requesting boneless buffalo chicken wings. When the delivery arrived, we paid the driver and tipped him, but once we opened the box at home, we discovered that instead of boneless wings, we received wings with bones. The driver didn't provide us with a receipt, and the person on the phone didn't ask for a name, so we have no way to request a refund. As someone who is pregnant, I can't even handle eating wings with bones. We feel completely ripped off.
Recently, I've experienced issues with their online ordering system, which hasn't been functioning properly. When I called to place my order instead, they informed me that it would be more expensive because I was ordering over the phone rather than online. When I explained that I had tried to order online but was unable to, they simply disregarded my concerns and charged me extra regardless. If this is how they choose to run their business, I'll take my custom elsewhere.
Pizzas weren't ready when I got there and was told they were made wrong and had to be remade so they hurry and remade then, got them home and they tasted horrible, not sure if they were cooked all the way Book a table now
We ordered two handmade pizzas and one thin crust pizza. Unfortunately, both of the handmade pizzas were undercooked and doughy. We had to finish cooking them at home.
Always good but continue to get skimpier with the toppings order double topping now and it still isn't what a single serving was a few years ago.
Ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza for my children. Got home and pizza was cold. Mind you I only live 3 minutes away from Domino's. Quite ridiculous
