This evening my family ordered pizza and were waiting for 2 hrs for it to be delivered. The general manager of this store by the name of Monica decided that it was appropriate to dismiss our dissatisfaction and hang up on my husband. Upon my returned phone call, I was met with a very nice team member who seemed to understand our dissatisfaction. He then transfered me to Monica. She was incredibly rude and did not wish to hear me or my complaint and proceeded to hang up the phone on me as well. Do better.
I've been a fan of this Domino's since it opened, but today made a difference. I placed an order for delivery online, but there was a system glitch, and it showed that my order had been delivered even though it hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant, and they promptly reprocessed my order and had it delivered as quickly as possible. This place has excellent customer service and a really friendly staff. I will definitely order from here again!
Called, asked hi how are you and got “what do you want” just to ask if they had stuffed crust and the response was “No… never… this is Dominos” then hung up. Got our food and it had a coarse 3 inch black hair in the pizza matching the beard of the guy that rang us up. The Buffalo wings just had a little Buffalo sauce drizzled on them and they were undercooked and squishy like a slug. Save your money.
I rarely feel compelled to write a review, but every time I pick up my food here, I'm truly impressed. The staff is always friendly and greets me warmly, making me feel welcome. The customer service is exceptional—Raymond consistently goes above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate his hard work and dedication. This location is fortunate to have him!

The staff on trunk or treat night are the best! Going non-stop for who knows how long. They rocked it!! I wish I knew their names so I could mention them all individually. Thanks Saturday Ocotber 29 staff. Hecking rockstars. ????
I’m sorry but the food was awful , I ordered a pizza and salad and hands down the pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had im really disappointed and not sure how there in business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
I just watched the worker put something in his mouth and make peoples food at the same dam time. Neverrrrrr again these workers are disgusting. And they don’t wash their hands before making customers food.
