Today I had a horrible experience with this franchise I have ordered for 20 years and more dominoes pizza franchises they now go through a call service that is useless and makes the franchise look horrible I ordered they ran my card we waited 1 and a half hours we were told it would be 30 minutes we'll guess what they canceled my order without letting me know I called the dominoes and they had a decent supervisor who tried to do write by me but as everyone knows you never take anything after you complain. While I may not be deeply passionate about many things, I’ve developed a special fondness for this Domino's location that has truly won my heart. Today was a prime example of that affection. My friends and I have a weekly pizza night, and this evening turned out to be an unforgettable experience.
Our driver, Daquon, arrived and was quite possibly the funniest Domino's driver I’ve ever encountered—his delivery was impressively quick too! I’ve been ordering from this Dominos for over 15 yrs and the last year it has been the worst ever!!! They don’t follow instructions, and get upset when you let them know that your order is wrong. I noticed especially when my kid orders they definitely screw him over! Last night they got the wrong order. He called to tell them. They said it would take a hour to receive the new pizza. It took more like 3 hrs on top of all that!! They must have realllly been upset so the butchered the pizza!! There was square slices little pieces and big regular slices. That will be the last time they will get my money.
My wife ordered a pizza from this restaurant, and unfortunately, they sent us uncooked dough. I returned the pizza, and a large man who seemed to have little knowledge of pizza preparation took it back and informed me that our order had been canceled. Now I'm left with the task of calling my bank to get a refund, as they aren't willing to issue one themselves. This is outrageous! I feel it's necessary to report this company to corporate because they are clearly ripping people off. They do not adhere to Domino's standards, and many complaints here are about undercooked pizza. This is unacceptable!

I initially attempted to place an order using the app, but it automatically directed me to the Cliffwood location, which was not accepting orders. To make a long story short, they eventually shut down that location within the app, and I'm actually thankful for that because I was able to change my order to Keansburg. I had my doubts because, well... it’s the Berg! But I’m so glad I made the switch. From now on, this will be the only location I order from.
Great job, Keansburg Domino’s! The staff, service, and food were all outstanding. Hats off to the management and owners!
This is how the CHICKEN BACON RANCH sandwich I received looked. And this is why I hesitate to order food from here, I certainly stopped eating the pizza a long time ago... smh!!! I was too tired to bring it back to them but it was missing ranch sauce and the chicken was not baked on the sandwich!!! They definitely forgot it and added it after the fact, disgusting!!! I am done with dominos for good!!!
I ordered the Cheesey bread that they were advertising a while back and it was absolutely horrible it didn't have hardly any cheese or any toppings on it to match what they were advertising, it was also overcooked and dry.. not even close to what they were advertising! With this particular experience I will never be going back to Domino's ever again!
I experienced the worst service I've ever had, paired with the worst-tasting Domino's pizza I've ever tried. If you’re unhappy in your job, it might be best to consider another path. And if making pizza is a struggle, perhaps some additional training is needed!
