I wanted to order pizza for my family, so we decided on Domino's. I tried to place the order through the app, but it wouldn’t load, so I had to call instead. I placed the order over the phone and was told it would be ready for pickup in 21 minutes. When I arrived 21 minutes later and gave my name to the employee at the window, he informed me that my order was still being prepared. This was strange, considering I had ordered it 21 minutes earlier. I figured it was a busy Saturday night, which I understood.

I ordered a pizza yesterday night and the pizza was no where near what I ordered. Since it was late I decided I was going to call the next day and see if there was anyway that I could be accommodated after someone just slapped cheese on a pizza with no sauce and I chose extra sauce while placing my order but Instead I was told in order for me to be accommodated they would need 35% of the pizza back which I think is **** and that I would have to call back the same day and she was also very rude about it. this is the first time that my order has been disgusting and having rude customer service I will not be ordering from this location from now on.
Domino's Pizza and the other big national pizza chains are, in my opinion, the fast food version of pizza. Yes, you can usually get a superior pizza from.an independent pizza restaurant, but sometimes you just cannot beat the convenience of one of these national pizza chains.The service here was friendly enough and added to the overall positive vibe.I travel a lot for work and sometimes when you spent a long day on the road, you just want to get a pizza and chill in your hotel room.
Wonderful customer service! The team was super helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items. They were also attentive to my order and even remade my pizza because of an accident that happened inside the oven! Will return again! Thank you!

Food great. Would have been 5 stars but everytime I go I sit at tue pick up window for a long while till someone comes over to ask me what I need. Even though when I pull up a bell rings inside to let them know someone is there.
I could have walked to the restaurant and back faster than it took for my food to be delivered—I'm serious! I live less than a quarter of a mile away, and it's been 30 minutes. This will be the last time I leave a tip.
Ordered garlic parmesean wings with a side of ranch received plain wings with ranch dressing drizzled all over them. App stated order was ready for pickup but, upon arriving, waited 20 minutes for food.
