I decided to use the online special. So I placed my order and received a message from my neighbor Dominos. Remember, if you change your order, the price within the cure could be higher than the advertised price. The Domino team informed me about a pop-up message about the time when my order was started and which had begun to cook my order. I received an email that informed me when my order could be picked up. Domino gives you the opportunity to pay online or in the store. That's nice if you have money on you. After my order, I received a confirmation number. In the time I picked up my order. Collect my name and received my order. Always. Always. Always check your order. Mine was good to go....
If I could give less then I would. I have been a very loyal customer for many years. Tonight I tried to simply order 2 large pizzas online. The website said the store didn't support my credit card yet charged me anyway. I called to make sure I was getting my pizzas and they said they had no order for me, the manager also refused to get on the phone with me. She had the employee relay all the messages to me. They have now lost a customer. This was the North Chesterfield, Virginia store. At 8:35 pm on 9/19/18. This manager had no business leaving it up to a regular employee to explain anything. She/he should have taken over and explained the situation. Signed, A very disappointed customer.
That was HORRIBLE, I came to the store as a paying costumer and was told to be quiet because I and my sister were too loud while an employee was on the phone to listen to an order... And when we were asked questions about how we ordered when we were not ready, we felt hurried. Also there were no gloves that were used to make our food that is very unlived. I won't come back.
I really like this place! You have good service, good food and an entertaining atmosphere! I was with my kids a few times and every time we feel we need to tell more people about this place. Give this place a try, it is really delicious!!!
