The Domino's in Rahway, New Jersey, located at the corner of St. George, is the worst Domino's I've ever encountered. This includes their management. I received the wrong pizza and it took two and a half hours for my correct order to arrive. When I asked for a refund, the staff responded rudely, saying they couldn’t issue one because the driver was already out. They suggested I return the incorrect pizza to the driver and even told me to either keep it and reheat it or do whatever I wanted with it. I ordered food yesterday, and the delivery driver refused to bring it to my door. I don’t live in a dangerous area, so it was very frustrating. When I asked him to come to my door, he simply said, “No, you can come down here.” As a result, I had to carry my sick kids downstairs to get my pizza. I really can't understand how this restaurant is still in business. Their service is terrible; the delivery drivers aren’t fulfilling their duties, and the restaurant itself takes too long to prepare orders. It’s outrageous. It feels like the owners never take the time to read the reviews, because it’s hard to believe that such consistent negativity wouldn’t lead to any changes.
This is the worst place to order from. Every single order I've placed has been messed up. The staff really need to pay more attention to details. They consistently forget the extra dips I pay for, promising to bring them but never delivering. I don't even get refunded for those missing items. Honestly, I feel like I should sue them for ripping off customers. This is unprofessional and I can't recommend anyone order from here until management takes action to oversee their employees and hold them accountable for poor service and incomplete orders. I will also be leaving reviews about this awful service on other platforms.

Surprisingly, the Pizza was exquisite! The wait on Christmas Day was long, but the product excelled my and my son's expectations!Kudos to that particular franchise! Keep your staff and ingredients! TERRIBLE. I ordered pizza online. It was delivered TWO HOURS later. It was dry and cold and burned. Any attempt to heat this mess would only further burn it. I attempted twice to contact the store but no one bothered to pick up the phone. I would never ever order from this trash house again.
The first time I visited, the food was great. However, after two more visits, the meals were cold or undercooked. I'm done wasting my time here.
