This location has been plagued with terrible service for years, and today was no exception. I placed an order for delivery and waited over two hours—only to end up going to the store myself because nothing ever arrived. When I got there, they still hadn’t prepared my order. And when they finally handed me something, it wasn’t even what I paid for. I had to wait even longer just to get the correct order. When I asked for a refund on the delivery fee, the staff stared at me cluelessly and claimed they can’t issue refunds.
