I had a great experience at this restaurant. The location is very convenient for my family, and the outside was clean with noticeable advertisements. Inside, the place was well lit and very clean. Amaya greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service skills. She was knowledgeable about the menu and deals, and she prepared my order in front of me, fresh and to my liking. She was friendly and open to conversation while working. Alex also greeted me and we had a nice conversation while I waited for my order, which was done quickly and served with a smile. The food at this restaurant was fresh, hot, and cooked quickly. The employees were extremely friendly and kind, some of the best service I've had in a long time! I didn't even have to ask for a coupon, but the employee applied one for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and even double-checked to make sure I was charged correctly for all items. When the employee confirmed that they had applied a coupon, I wished this place was in my neighborhood.
My son ordered a pizza from this place and it took 3 hours for delivery. They go to the wrong address after they were so late and when the delivery was made, the driver goes away with the change. I will never order pizza from this place again the service is very fucking and unprofessional. No reason people are treated like that.
I wouldn't even give them a star besides the food being goodTook over an hour to get our order.
