Last time I went I was held hostage in the drive thru waiting to even be recognized as even being there for a good 10 minutes. A line of several cars formed behind me before anyone came to the window to greet me finally. I had quit going here for a long time because of an issue I had back in 2022 or some like that with someone working there who refused to sale me parmsean cheese. I ordered a pizza at 7:55 PM and waited in line for 30 minutes before reaching the window, where my pizza was marked with “mmm it’s all yours.” Once I got to the window, I waited an additional 15 minutes without a single employee greeting me to check my order. I even crossed the service line to get someone’s attention, which is not like me. When I did, an employee simply held up a finger and mouthed “hold on” from behind the glass. Frustrated, I loudly replied, “I’ve been waiting for almost an hour in this line. This is ridiculous.” After waiting another 5 minutes, I was finally asked about my order and received my pizza, which was now cold, at around 8:55 PM. My 4-year-old was not happy wit...
The staff and ambiance of the restaurant are excellent. However, the only downside is the delivery service. Often, the delivery team stops taking orders earlier than the stated closing time, which can be inconvenient after a long day at work. It can be frustrating to have to leave home again to pick up food because deliveries have stopped. I believe that if the restaurant is open, delivery should be available until the last 45 minutes, allowing the staff to manage closing duties smoothly.
Food was fresh, hot, and made correctly. Pick up time was reasonable, employees were professional and friendly. Food quality has been excellent, the orders are ready when promised, never sloppy. I can request light sauce and they do exactly that. Have ordered over a dozen times in last few months and they 're consistently the same pleasant food ordering experience and delicious food.

I don’t usually consider this my favorite pizza spot in town, but after trying it today, I was really impressed! The jalapeño cheese and pineapple chicken pizza was absolutely delicious, and it was cooked to perfection!
We recently got the double cheese loaded tots from here and some how they forgot any of the cheese. We were too exhausted to go back up there to get another so hopefully they've fixed that lol
Called after 2 hours of waiting for my food to be delivered and was rudely spoken to by the manager claiming it couldn’t be delivered and once again rudely saying I had to go pick it up.
The staff was very friendly. The pizza had a good taste but it was not hot. The cheese was not completely melted.
