En primer lugar, te dicen qué es lo que deseas y cuando les cuentas lo que deseas te dicen que solo tienen masa fina, vale aceptas, cuando vas a ir a por la bebida te dicen que tienen que echarte ellos un hielo (solo uno por vaso) porque no hace hielo la máquina de bebidas, y cuando por fin echas la bebida sale sin gas, se les comenta una vez y te dicen que revisarán la máquina, a los 20 minutos se lo volvemos a comentar y nos dicen que la máquina está bien y que es el gas que sale, es decir, ninguno, y sinceramente, la Pepsi sin gas está asquerosa. I went to order two medium pizzas, the guy treated me very kindly and told me that my pizzas would be in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I returned and sure enough, they had my two freshly made pizzas. The two pizzas were very good and with a very abundant amount of ingredients. The two pizzas cost me about 17 euros. We had 3 people for dinner and we had a few pieces left over that we kept in the refrigerator and ate the next day. Good experience and good treatment by the staff. We will be back soon!!
We have been waiting 1 hour and a half for the pizzas before making the decision to call them by phone. When we talk to them they tell us that our order cannot leave until a delivery person returns, giving us a forecast of another 30 minutes of waiting. It didn't cost anything to have had the detail to call to notify them of the situation... professionalism has been conspicuous by its absence. Order cancelled.
Estaba hambrienta, de bajón, y quería una pizza a mi gusto, y, gracias a Beatriz, que me entendió a la perfección mi sueño se hizo realidad y mi bajón solucionando. Esa chica es la que mejor atiende. Gracias Bea por entender mis necesidades y atendernos siempre con una sonrisa y un gracias. Así da gusto.

La chica que nos atendió, realmente no me acuerdo del nombre pero es rubia y nos dio una atención estupenda, nos hizo las pizzas demasiado ricas y su energía alegre me contagió para ir al trabajo motivada. Tiene gafas y muy linda sonrisa, está en la tienda de Valdemoro. 100000 estrellas para la chica.
Nos encanta este sitio...pero sin duda alguna queremos poner esta reseña por uno de sus camareros llamado Mario. Es un muchacho estupendo, encantador, atento y muy cariñoso. Ojalá hubiera más personas así en todos los establecimientos. Gracias por recibirnos y atendernos siempre como lo haces Mario!!!

Las veces que he pedido sin problema, promociones interesantes, bastante variedad, ponen cantidad ideal de ingredientes en cada pizza y los repartidores que han venido siempre muy amables. Yo lo recomiendo
